We faced repeated struggles attempting to hold our landlords to their lease obligations and responsibilities. The building had many code violations which interrupted our ability to do business in a space we were paying for and could not fully utilize. We signed in June 2022 and vacated in March 2024 after efforts to negotiate with our landlords. There were still unmet lease obligations when we left in March.
